2 Chronicles 1:11-12

11God answered Solomon, “Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked for apossessions, wealth, honor, or the life of those who hate you, and have not even asked for long life, but have asked for wisdom and knowledge for yourself that you may govern my people over whom I have made you king, 12wisdom and knowledge are granted to you. I will also give you briches, possessions, and honor, csuch as none of the kings had who were before you, and none after you shall have the like.”

Job 28:13-19

13Man does not know its worth,
and it is not found in dthe land of the living.
14 eThe deep says, ‘It is not in me,’
and the sea says, ‘It is not with me.’
15It fcannot be bought for gold,
and silver cannot be weighed as its price.
16It cannot be valued in gthe gold of hOphir,
in precious ionyx or jsapphire.
17Gold and glass cannot equal it,
nor can it be exchanged for jewels of fine gold.
18No mention shall be made of kcoral or of crystal;
the price of wisdom is above l, mpearls.
19 nThe topaz of Ethiopia cannot equal it,
nor can it be valued in pure gold.

Proverbs 2:4

4if you seek it like osilver
and search for it as for phidden treasures,

Proverbs 8:10-11

10 qTake my instruction instead of silver,
and knowledge rather than choice gold,
11 rfor wisdom is better than jewels,
and sall that you may desire cannot compare with her.

Proverbs 8:19

19My fruit is tbetter than ugold, even fine gold,
and my yield than vchoice silver.

Proverbs 16:16

16 wHow much better to get wisdom than xgold!
