The Reign of the Lord’s Anointed

and cast away their cords from us.”

Isaiah 8:9-10

9 Be broken,
Or  Be evil
you peoples, and jbe shattered;
Or dismayed

give ear, all you far countries;
strap on your armor and be shattered;

Isaiah 37:22

Jeremiah 46:3-5

3 pPrepare buckler and shield,
and advance for battle!
4 qHarness the horses;
mount, O horsemen!
Take your stations with your helmets,
rpolish your spears,
put on your armor!
5Why have I seen it?
They are dismayed
and have turned backward.
Their swarriors are beaten down
and have fled in haste;

Jeremiah 46:14-16

14 Declare in Egypt, and proclaim in vMigdol;

Jeremiah 51:12

12 ad“Set up a standard against the walls of Babylon;
aemake the watch strong;
set up watchmen;
prepare the ambushes;
affor the Lord has both planned and done
what he spoke concerning the inhabitants of Babylon.
