Hebrew not according to the cleanness of holiness
20And the Lord heard Hezekiah and healed the people.

2 Chronicles 31:1

Hezekiah Organizes the Priests

1Now when all this was finished, all Israel who were present went out to the cities of Judah and ibroke in pieces the jpillars and cut down kthe Asherim and broke down the high places and the altars throughout all Judah and Benjamin, and in Ephraim and Manasseh, until they had destroyed them all. Then all the people of Israel returned to their cities, every man to his possession.

2 Chronicles 35:17-18

17And the people of Israel who were present kept the Passover at that time, land the Feast of Unleavened Bread seven days. 18 mNo Passover like it had been kept in Israel since the days of Samuel the prophet. Jeremiah 3:12-14

12Go, and proclaim these words toward nthe north, and say,

o“‘Return, faithless Israel,

declares the Lord.
I will not look on you in anger,
for pI am merciful,

declares the Lord;
qI will not be angry forever.
13 rOnly acknowledge your guilt,
that you rebelled against the Lord your God
and scattered your favors among foreigners under severy green tree,
and that you have not obeyed my voice,

declares the Lord.
14 tReturn, O faithless children,

declares the Lord;
ufor I am your master;
I will take you, one from a city and two from a family,
and I will bring you to Zion.

Jeremiah 3:18-23

18 vIn those days the house of Judah shall join the house of Israel, and together they shall come from the land wof the north to xthe land that I gave your fathers for a heritage.

19 “‘I said,
How I would set you among my sons,
and give you a pleasant land,
a heritage most beautiful of all nations.
And I thought you would ycall me, My Father,
and would not turn from following me.
20 zSurely, as a treacherous wife leaves her husband,
so have you been treacherous to me, O house of Israel,

declares the Lord.’”
21 A voice on the aabare heights is heard,
abthe weeping and pleading of Israel’s sons
because they have perverted their way;
they have forgotten the Lord their God.
22 acReturn, O faithless sons;
adI will heal your faithlessness.”
Behold, we come to you,
for you are the Lord our God.
23Truly aethe hills are a delusion,
the orgies
Hebrew commotion
on the mountains.
agTruly in the Lord our God
is the salvation of Israel.

Jeremiah 31:4-10

4 ahAgain I will build you, and you shall be built,
O virgin Israel!
aiAgain you shall adorn yourself with tambourines
and shall go forth in ajthe dance of the merrymakers.
5 akAgain you shall plant vineyards
on the mountains of Samaria;
the planters shall plant
and shall enjoy the fruit.
6For there shall be a day when watchmen will call
in althe hill country of Ephraim:
amArise, and let us go up to Zion,
to the Lord our God.’”
7 For thus says the Lord:
anSing aloud with gladness for Jacob,
and raise shouts for aothe chief of the nations;
proclaim, give praise, and say,
ap‘O Lord, save your people,
the remnant of Israel.’
8Behold, I will bring them aqfrom the north country
and argather them from asthe farthest parts of the earth,
among them atthe blind and the lame,
the pregnant woman and she who is in labor, together;
a great company, they shall return here.
9 auWith weeping they shall come,
avand with pleas for mercy I will lead them back,
I will make them awwalk by brooks of water,
axin a straight path in which they shall not stumble,
for ayI am a father to Israel,
and Ephraim is azmy firstborn.
10 Hear the word of the Lord, O nations,
and declare it in the coastlands far away;
say, ‘He who scattered Israel will bagather him,
and will keep him bbas a shepherd keeps his flock.’
