2 Chronicles 31:20-21

20Thus Hezekiah did throughout all Judah, aand he did what was good and right and faithful before the Lord his God. 21And every work that he undertook in the service of the house of God and in accordance with the law and the commandments, seeking his God, he did with all his heart, and prospered.

2 Chronicles 33:2-9

2And he did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, according to bthe abominations of the nations whom the Lord drove out before the people of Israel. 3For he rebuilt the high places cthat his father Hezekiah had broken down, and he erected altars to the Baals, and made dAsheroth, and worshiped all the host of heaven and served them. 4And he built altars in the house of the Lord, of which the Lord had said, e“In Jerusalem shall my name be forever.” 5And he built altars for all the host of heaven in fthe two courts of the house of the Lord. 6 gAnd he burned his sons as an offering hin the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, and iused fortune-telling and omens and sorcery, and dealt with jmediums and with necromancers. He did much evil in the sight of the Lord, provoking him to anger. 7And kthe carved image of the idol that he had made he set in the house of God, of which God said to David and to Solomon his son, “In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, lI will put my name forever, 8and I will no more remove the foot of Israel from the land mthat I appointed for your fathers, if only they will be careful to do all that I have commanded them, all the law, the statutes, and the rules given through Moses.” 9Manasseh led Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem astray, to do more evil than the nations whom the Lord destroyed before the people of Israel.

2 Chronicles 34:2

2And he did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, and walked in the ways of David his father; and he did not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.

2 Chronicles 35:18

18 nNo Passover like it had been kept in Israel since the days of Samuel the prophet. None of the kings of Israel had kept such a Passover as was kept by Josiah, and the priests and the Levites, and all Judah and Israel who were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

2 Chronicles 36:5-10

5 oJehoiakim was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. He did what was evil in the sight of the Lord his God. 6 pAgainst him came up Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon qand bound him in chains rto take him to Babylon. 7 sNebuchadnezzar also carried part of the vessels of the house of the Lord to Babylon and put them in his palace in Babylon. 8 tNow the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim, and the abominations that he did, and what was found against him, behold, they are written in the Book of the Kings of Israel and Judah. And Jehoiachin his son reigned in his place.

Ecclesiastes 2:17-18

17So I hated life, because what is done under the sun was grievous to me, for zall is vanity and a striving after wind.
