2 Chronicles 33:11

11 aTherefore the Lord brought upon them the commanders of the army of the king of Assyria, who captured Manasseh with hooks and bbound him with chains of bronze and brought him to Babylon.

Jeremiah 32:4-5

4 cZedekiah king of Judah shall not escape out of the hand of the Chaldeans, dbut shall surely be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him face to face and see him eye to eye. 5And ehe shall take Zedekiah to Babylon, and there he shall remain until I visit him, declares the Lord. fThough you fight against the Chaldeans, you shall not succeed’?”

Jeremiah 38:18

18But if you do not surrender to gthe officials of the king of Babylon, hthen this city shall be given into the hand of the Chaldeans, iand they shall burn it with fire, and you shall not escape from their hand.”

Jeremiah 38:23

23All your wives and jyour sons shall be led out to the Chaldeans, and you yourself shall not escape from their hand, but shall be seized by the king of Babylon, and this city shall be burned with fire.”

Lamentations 1:3

3 kJudah has gone into exile because of affliction
and hard servitude;
lshe dwells now among the nations,
mbut finds no resting place;
her pursuers have all overtaken her
in the midst of her distress.

Lamentations 4:20
