2 Corinthians 11:23-28

23 Are they ^aservants of Christ? ^bI am a better one—I am talking like a madman—with far greater labors, ^cfar more imprisonments, ^dwith countless beatings, and ^eoften near death. 24 Five times I received at the hands of the Jews the ^fforty lashes less one. 25 Three times I was ^gbeaten with rods. ^hOnce I was stoned. Three times I ⁱwas shipwrecked; a night and a day I was adrift at sea; 26 on frequent journeys, in danger from rivers, danger from robbers, ^jdanger from my own people, ^kdanger from Gentiles, ^ldanger in the city, danger in the wilderness, danger at sea, danger from false brothers; 27 ^min toil and hardship, through many a sleepless night, ⁿin hunger and thirst, often without food, ^{▼▼Or often in fasting} in cold and exposure. 28 And, apart from other things, there is the daily pressure on me of my anxiety for ^pall the churches.

Hebrews 10:33-34

33 sometimes being ^qpublicly exposed to reproach and affliction, and sometimes being partners with those so treated. 34 For ^ryou had compassion on those in prison, and ^syou joyfully accepted the plundering of your property, since you knew that you yourselves had ^ta better possession and an abiding one.
