2 Corinthians 2:14-16

14But athanks be to God, who in Christ always bleads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads cthe fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere. 15For we are the aroma of Christ to God among dthose who are being saved and among ethose who are perishing, 16 fto one a fragrance from death to death, gto the other a fragrance from life to life. hWho is sufficient for these things?

Hebrews 6:4-8

4For it is impossible, in the case of those iwho have once been enlightened, who have tasted jthe heavenly gift, and khave shared in the Holy Spirit, 5and lhave tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6and mthen have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance, since nthey are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt. 7For oland that has drunk the rain that often falls on it, and produces a crop useful to those for whose sake it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God. 8But pif it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and near to being cursed, qand its end is to be burned.

James 4:17
