2 Corinthians 8:1-2

Encouragement to Give Generously

1 We want you to know, brothers, ^{▼▼Or brothers and sisters} about the grace of God that has been ^bgiven among the churches of Macedonia, 2 for in a severe test of affliction, their abundance of joy and ^ctheir extreme poverty have overflowed in a wealth of generosity on their part.

2 Corinthians 9:10

10 He who supplies ^dseed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and ^eincrease the harvest of your righteousness.

A Life Pleasing to God

1 Finally, then, brothers, ^{▼▼Or brothers and sisters; also verses 10, 13} we ask and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that as you ^greceived from us ^hhow you ought to walk and ⁱto please God, just as you are doing, that you ^jdo so more and more.

2 Peter 1:5-8

2 Peter 3:18
