2 Kings 15:29

29In the days of Pekah king of Israel, fTiglath-pileser king of Assyria came and captured gIjon, hAbel-beth-maacah, Janoah, iKedesh, jHazor, Gilead, and kGalilee, all the land of Naphtali, and he carried the people captive to Assyria.

2 Kings 17:3-6

of silver, will become aibriers and thorns.
24 ajWith bow and arrows a man will come there, for all the land will be briers and thorns. 25 akAnd as for all the hills that used to be hoed with a hoe, you will not come there for fear alof briers and thorns, but they will become a place where cattle are let loose and where sheep tread.

Isaiah 8:7-8

7therefore, behold, the Lord is bringing up against them amthe waters of anthe River, mighty and many, the king of Assyria and all his glory.
