17And the king of Assyria sent the aTartan, the Rab-saris, and the Rabshakeh with a great army from Lachish to King Hezekiah at Jerusalem. And they went up and came to Jerusalem. When they arrived, they came and stood by bthe conduit of the upper pool, which is on the highway to the Washer’s Field.

Nehemiah 3:15-16

And he built the wall of hthe Pool of Shelah of ithe king’s garden, as far as jthe stairs that go down from the city of David. 16After him Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, ruler of half the district of Beth-zur, repaired to a point opposite kthe tombs of David, as far as lthe artificial pool, and as far as the house of the mighty men.
