2 Kings 18:4

4 aHe removed the high places and broke the bpillars and cut down cthe Asherah. And he broke in pieces dthe bronze serpent that Moses had made, for until those days the people of Israel had made offerings to it (it was called Nehushtan).
 Nehushtan sounds like the Hebrew for both  bronze and  serpent

John 3:14-15

14And fas Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man gbe lifted up, 15that whoever believes hin him imay have eternal life.
Some interpreters hold that the quotation ends at verse 15


John 12:32

32And I, kwhen I am lifted up from the earth, lwill draw mall people to myself.”

2 Corinthians 5:21
