2 Kings 19:32-35

32“Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the king of Assyria: He shall not come into this city or shoot an arrow there, or come before it with a shield or acast up a siege mound against it. 33 bBy the way that he came, by the same he shall return, and he shall not come into this city, declares the Lord. 34 cFor I will defend this city to save it, for my own sake dand for the sake of my servant David.”

35And that night ethe angel of the Lord went out and struck down 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians. And when people arose early in the morning, behold, these were all dead bodies.

Isaiah 8:7-10

7therefore, behold, the Lord is bringing up against them fthe waters of gthe River, mighty and many, the king of Assyria and all his glory. And it hwill rise over all its channels and go over all its banks, 8and it will sweep on into Judah, it will overflow and pass on, ireaching even to the neck, and its joutspread wings will fill the breadth of your land, kO Immanuel.”

9 Be broken,
Or  Be evil
you peoples, and mbe shattered;
Or dismayed

give ear, all you far countries;
strap on your armor and be shattered;
strap on your armor and be shattered.
10Take counsel together, but it will come to nothing;
speak a word, obut it will not stand,
for God pis with us.
The Hebrew for  God is with us is Immanuel

Isaiah 10:32-34

32This very day he will halt at rNob;
he will shake his fist
at the mount of sthe daughter of Zion,
the hill of Jerusalem.
33 Behold, the Lord God of hosts
twill lop uthe boughs with terrifying power;
the great in height will be hewn down,
and the lofty will be brought low.
34He will cut down vthe thickets of the forest with an axe,
and wLebanon will fall by the Majestic One.

Isaiah 17:12

12 Ah, xthe thunder of many peoples;
they thunder like the thundering of the sea!
Ah, the roar of nations;
they roar like the roaring of mighty waters!

Isaiah 17:14

14 yAt evening time, behold, terror!
Before morning, they are no more!
This is the portion of those who loot us,
and the lot of those who plunder us.

Isaiah 33:20

20Behold Zion, the city of our appointed feasts!
zYour eyes will see Jerusalem,
an untroubled habitation, an aaimmovable tent,
whose stakes will never be plucked up,
nor will any of its cords be broken.
