Hezekiah’s Illness and Recovery

1 aIn those days bHezekiah became sick and was at the point of death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came to him and said to him, “Thus says the Lord, cSet your house in order, for you shall die; you shall not recover.’”

Psalms 107:18

Death Comes to All

1But all this I laid to heart, examining it all, ghow the righteous and the wise and their deeds are hin the hand of God. Whether it is love or hate, man does not know; both are before him. 2 iIt is the same for all, since jthe same event happens to the righteous and the wicked, to the good and the evil,

to the clean and the unclean, to him who sacrifices and him who does not sacrifice. As the good one is, so is the sinner, and he who lswears is as he who shuns an oath.

John 11:3-4
