2 Kings 20:17-18

17Behold, the days are coming, when aall that is in your house, and that which your fathers have stored up till this day, shall be carried to Babylon. Nothing shall be left, says the Lord. 18 bAnd some of your own sons, who will come from you, whom you will father, shall be taken away, cand they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.”

2 Kings 24:10-16

Jerusalem Captured

10At that time the servants of dNebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up to Jerusalem, and the city was besieged. 11And eNebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came to the city while his servants were besieging it, 12 fand Jehoiachin the king of Judah gave himself up to the king of Babylon, himself and his mother and his servants and his officials and his palace officials. gThe king of Babylon took him prisoner hin the eighth year of his reign 13and carried off all the treasures of the house of the Lord iand the treasures of the king’s house, jand cut in pieces all the vessels of gold in the temple of the Lord, kwhich Solomon king of Israel had made, las the Lord had foretold. 14 mHe carried away all Jerusalem and all the officials and all the mighty men of valor, n10,000 captives, oand all the craftsmen and the smiths. None remained, pexcept the poorest people of the land. 15 qAnd he carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon. The king’s mother, the king’s wives, his officials, and the chief men of the land he took into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon. 16And the king of Babylon brought captive to Babylon all the men of valor, r7,000, and the craftsmen and the metal workers, 1,000, all of them strong and fit for war.

2 Chronicles 36:10

10In sthe spring of the year King Nebuchadnezzar sent and brought him to Babylon, twith the precious vessels of the house of the Lord, and made his brother uZedekiah king over Judah and Jerusalem.

Isaiah 39:7-8

7 vAnd some of your own sons, who will come from you, whom you will father, shall be taken away, and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.” 8Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah, “The word of the Lord that you have spoken is good.” For he thought, w“There will be peace and security in my days.”
