2 Kings 23:11-12

11And he removed the horses that the kings of Judah had dedicated to the sun, at the entrance to the house of the Lord, by the chamber of Nathan-melech the chamberlain, which was in the precincts.

And he burned the chariots of the sun with fire.
12And the altars fon the roof of the upper chamber of Ahaz, which the kings of Judah had made, and the altars gthat Manasseh had made in the two courts of the house of the Lord, he pulled down and broke in pieces

2 Chronicles 33:4-7

2 Chronicles 36:14

14All the officers of the priests and the people likewise were exceedingly unfaithful, following all the abominations of the nations. And they polluted the house of the Lord that he had made holy in Jerusalem.

Ezekiel 5:11

And there, aaengraved on the wall all around, was abevery form of accreeping things and loathsome beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel.

Ezekiel 8:15-16

15Then he said to me, “Have you seen this, O adson of man? aeYou will see still greater abominations than these.”

16And he brought me into afthe inner court of the house of the Lord. And behold, at the entrance of the temple of the Lord, agbetween the ahporch and aithe altar, were about twenty-five men, ajwith their backs to the temple of the Lord, and their faces toward the east, worshiping akthe sun toward the east.
