2 Kings 21:7

7And the carved image of eAsherah that he had made he set in the house of which the Lord said to David and to Solomon his son, “In this house, fand in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my name forever.

2 Kings 23:11-12

11And he removed the horses that the kings of Judah had dedicated to the sun, at the entrance to the house of the Lord, by the chamber of Nathan-melech the chamberlain, which was in the precincts.
The meaning of the Hebrew word is uncertain
And he burned the chariots of the sun with fire.
12And the altars hon the roof of the upper chamber of Ahaz, which the kings of Judah had made, and the altars ithat Manasseh had made in the two courts of the house of the Lord, he pulled down and broke in pieces
