Jeremiah 7:31-32

31 And they have built the high places of ^fTopheth, which is in ^gthe Valley of the Son of Hinnom, ^hto burn their sons and their daughters in the fire, ⁱwhich I did not command, nor did it come into my mind. 32 ^jTherefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when it will no more be called ^kTopheth, or ^lthe Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter; ^mfor they will bury in Topheth, because there is no room elsewhere.

Jeremiah 19:2-6

2 and go out ⁿto the Valley of the Son of Hinnom at the entry of the Potsherd Gate, and proclaim there the words that I tell you. 3 You shall say, ^o‘Hear the word of the Lord, ^pO kings of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem. Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I am bringing such disaster upon this place that ^qthe ears of everyone who hears of it will tingle. 4 ^rBecause the people have forsaken me and have profaned this place by making offerings in it to other gods whom neither they nor their fathers nor the kings of Judah have known; ^sand because they have filled this place with the blood of innocents, 5 ^tand have built the high places of Baal ^uto burn their sons in the fire as burnt offerings to Baal, ^vwhich I did not command or decree, nor did it come into my mind— 6 therefore, ^wbehold, days are coming, declares the Lord, when this place shall no more be called Topheth, or ^xthe Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter.

Jeremiah 19:13

13 The houses of Jerusalem and the houses of the kings of Judah— ^yall the houses on whose ^zroofs offerings have been offered ^aato all the host of heaven, and ^abdrink offerings have been poured out to other gods—shall be defiled ^aclike the place of Topheth.’”
