2 Kings 24:13-17

13and carried off all the treasures of the house of the Lord aand the treasures of the king’s house, band cut in pieces all the vessels of gold in the temple of the Lord, cwhich Solomon king of Israel had made, das the Lord had foretold. 14 eHe carried away all Jerusalem and all the officials and all the mighty men of valor, f10,000 captives, gand all the craftsmen and the smiths. None remained, hexcept the poorest people of the land. 15 iAnd he carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon. The king’s mother, the king’s wives, his officials, and the chief men of the land he took into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon. 16And the king of Babylon brought captive to Babylon all the men of valor, j7,000, and the craftsmen and the metal workers, 1,000, all of them strong and fit for war. 17 kAnd the king of Babylon lmade Mattaniah, mJehoiachin’s uncle, king in his place, nand changed his name to Zedekiah.

2 Chronicles 36:17-18

Jerusalem Captured and Burned

17 oTherefore he brought up against them the king of the Chaldeans, who killed their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary and had no compassion on young man or virgin, old man or aged. He gave them all into his hand. 18 pAnd all the vessels of the house of God, great and small, and the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king and of his princes, all these he brought to Babylon.

Jeremiah 29:10

10For thus says the Lord: qWhen seventy years are completed for Babylon, rI will visit you, sand I will fulfill to you my promise tand bring you back to this place.

Jeremiah 34:5

5You shall die in peace. uAnd as spices were burned for your fathers, the former kings who were before you, so people shall vburn spices for you wand lament for you, saying, “Alas, lord!”’ For I have spoken the word, declares the Lord.”

Jeremiah 52:17-21

17And the xpillars of bronze that were in the house of the Lord, and the stands and the ybronze sea that were in the house of the Lord, the Chaldeans broke in pieces, and zcarried all the bronze to Babylon. 18And they took away aathe pots and the shovels and the snuffers and the basins and the dishes for incense and all the vessels of bronze used in the temple service; 19 abalso the small bowls and the fire pans and the basins and the pots and acthe lampstands and adthe dishes for incense aeand the bowls for drink offerings. What was of gold the captain of the guard took away as gold, and what was of silver, as silver. 20As for the two pillars, the one sea, afthe twelve bronze bulls that were under the sea,
Hebrew lacks  the sea
and the stands, which Solomon the king had made for the house of the Lord, the bronze of all these things was beyond weight.
21As for the pillars, the height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits,
A  cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters
aiits circumference was twelve cubits, and its thickness was four fingers, and it was hollow.

Daniel 5:1-4

The Handwriting on the Wall

1 ajKing Belshazzar akmade a great feast for a thousand of his allords and drank wine in front of the thousand.

2 amBelshazzar, when he tasted the wine, commanded that anthe vessels of gold and of silver that Nebuchadnezzar his father

had taken out of the temple in Jerusalem be brought, that the king and his lords, his wives, and his concubines might drink from them.
3Then they brought in apthe golden vessels that had been taken out of the temple, the house of God in Jerusalem, and the king and his lords, his wives, and his concubines drank from them. 4They drank wine and aqpraised the argods of gold and silver, bronze, iron, wood, and stone.

Daniel 5:23

23but you have lifted up yourself against asthe Lord of heaven. And atthe vessels of his house have been brought in before you, and you and your lords, your wives, and your concubines have drunk wine from them. auAnd you have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see or hear or know, avbut the God in whose hand is your breath, and awwhose are all your ways, axyou have not honored.
