2 Kings 24:15-16

15 aAnd he carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon. The king’s mother, the king’s wives, his officials, and the chief men of the land he took into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon. 16And the king of Babylon brought captive to Babylon all the men of valor, b7,000, and the craftsmen and the metal workers, 1,000, all of them strong and fit for war.

The Good Figs and the Bad Figs

1 cAfter Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had taken into exile from Jerusalem dJeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, together with ethe officials of Judah, the craftsmen, and the metal workers, and had brought them to Babylon, the Lord showed me this vision: behold, ftwo baskets of figs placed before the temple of the Lord.

Jeremiah 29:2
