2 Kings 24:3-4

3 Surely this came upon Judah at the command of the Lord, to remove them out of his sight, ^afor the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done, 4 and also ^bfor the innocent blood that he had shed. For he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord would not pardon.

The Lord Will Not Relent

those who are for famine, to famine,
and those who are for captivity, to captivity.’
3 ^abI will appoint over them four kinds of destroyers, declares the Lord: the sword to kill, the dogs to tear, and ^acthe birds of the air ^adand the beasts of the earth to devour and destroy. 4 ^aeAnd I will make them a horror to all the kingdoms of the earth because of what ^afManasseh the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, did in Jerusalem.
