2 Kings 25:18-22

18 aAnd the captain of the guard took bSeraiah the chief priest and cZephaniah the second priest and the three keepers of the threshold; 19and from the city he took an officer who had been in command of the men of war, and dfive men of the king’s council who were found in the city; and the secretary of the commander of the army, who mustered the people of the land; and sixty men of the people of the land, who were found in the city. 20And Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard took them and brought them to the king of Babylon at eRiblah. 21And the king of Babylon struck them down and put them to death at fRiblah in the land of Hamath. gSo Judah was taken into exile out of its land.

Gedaliah Made Governor of Judah

22And over the people who remained in the land of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had left, he appointed hGedaliah the son of iAhikam, son of Shaphan, governor.

Jeremiah 52:24-27

The People Exiled to Babylon

So Judah was taken into exile out of its land.

Ezekiel 3:9-11

9Like oemery harder than flint have I made your forehead. pFear them not, nor be dismayed at their looks, for they are a rebellious house.” 10Moreover, he said to me, “Son of man, qall my words that I shall speak to you receive rin your heart, and hear with your ears. 11And go to the exiles, sto your people, and speak to them and say to them, tThus says the Lord God,’ uwhether they hear or refuse to hear.”
