2 Kings 25:4-10

4 Then a breach was made in the city, and all the men of war fled by night by the way of the gate between the two walls, by ^athe king’s garden, and ^bthe Chaldeans were around the city. And they went in the direction of the ^cArabah. 5 But the army of the Chaldeans pursued the king and overtook him in the plains of Jericho, and all his army was scattered from him. 6 Then they captured the king ^dand brought him up to the king of Babylon at ^eRiblah, and they passed sentence on him. 7 They slaughtered the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes, ^fand put out the eyes of Zedekiah and bound him in chains and took him to Babylon.

8 ^gIn the fifth month, on ^hthe seventh day of the month—that was the nineteenth year of King Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon—Nebuzaradan, the captain of the bodyguard, a servant of the king of Babylon, came to Jerusalem. 9 ⁱAnd he burned the house of the Lord ^jand the king’s house and all the houses of Jerusalem; every great house he burned down. 10 And all the army of the Chaldeans, who were with the captain of the guard, ^kbroke down the walls around Jerusalem.

Ezekiel 12:13

13 ^lAnd I will spread my net over him, and he shall be taken in my snare. And ^mI will bring him to Babylon, the land of the Chaldeans, ⁿyet he shall not see it, and he shall die there.

Ezekiel 17:20-21

20 ^oI will spread my net over him, and he shall be taken in my snare, and I will bring him to Babylon ^pand enter into judgment with him there ^qfor the treachery he has committed against me. 21 And all the pick ^{▼▼Some Hebrew manuscripts, Syriac, Targum; most Hebrew manuscripts all the fugitives} of his troops shall fall by the sword, ^sand the survivors shall be scattered to every wind, and you shall know that ^tI am the Lord; I have spoken.”

Ezekiel 21:25-27

25 And you, O profane ^{▼▼Or slain; also verse 29} ^vwicked one, prince of Israel, ^wwhose day has come, ^xthe time of your final punishment, 26 thus says the Lord God: Remove the turban and take off the crown. Things shall not remain as they are. ^yExalt that which is low, and bring low that which is exalted. 27 A ruin, ruin, ruin I will make it. ^zThis also shall not be, ^aauntil he comes, the one to whom judgment belongs, and I will give it to him.
