16In the fifth year of aJoram the son of Ahab, king of Israel, when Jehoshaphat was king of Judah,
Septuagint, Syriac lack  when Jehoshaphat was king of Judah
Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, began to reign.

2 Kings 8:24

24So Joram slept with his fathers and was buried cwith his fathers in the city of David, and dAhaziah his son reigned in his place.

2 Chronicles 21:18-19
