31And he brought out the people who were in it and set them to labor with saws and iron picks and iron axes and made them toil at ▼▼Hebrew pass through
the brick kilns. And thus he did to all the cities of the Ammonites. Then David and all the people returned to Jerusalem. 2 Kings 8:12
12And Hazael said, “Why does my lord weep?” He answered, “Because I know bthe evil that you will do to the people of Israel. You will set on fire their fortresses, and you will kill their young men with the sword cand dash in pieces their little ones and rip open their pregnant women.”2 Kings 10:32-33
32In those days the Lord dbegan to cut off parts of Israel. eHazael defeated them throughout the territory of Israel: 33from the Jordan eastward, all the land of Gilead, the Gadites, and the Reubenites, and the Manassites, from fAroer, which is by the Valley of the Arnon, that is, gGilead and Bashan.2 Kings 12:18
18Jehoash king of Judah htook all the sacred gifts that Jehoshaphat and Jehoram and Ahaziah his fathers, the kings of Judah, had dedicated, iand his own sacred gifts, and all the gold that was found in the treasuries of the house of the Lord and of the king’s house, and sent these to Hazael king of Syria. Then Hazael went away from Jerusalem.2 Kings 13:3
3 jAnd the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he gave them continually into the hand of kHazael king of Syria and into the hand of lBen-hadad the son of Hazael.2 Kings 13:7
