of vanities, says ethe Preacher,
fvanity of vanities! gAll is vanity.
3 hWhat idoes man gain by all the toil
at which he toils under the sun?

Ecclesiastes 2:11

11Then I considered all that my hands had done and the toil I had expended in doing it, and behold, all was jvanity and a striving after wind, and there was nothing kto be gained under the sun.
