2 Samuel 21:2

2So the king called the Gibeonites and spoke to them. Now the Gibeonites were not of the people of Israel but aof the remnant of the Amorites. Although the people of Israel had sworn to spare them, Saul had sought to strike them down in his zeal for the people of Israel and Judah.

2 Chronicles 16:3

3“There is a covenant
Or treaty; twice in this verse
between me and you, as there was between my father and your father. Behold, I am sending to you silver and gold. Go, break your covenant with Baasha king of Israel, that he may withdraw from me.”

Ezekiel 17:13-16

13 cAnd he took one of the royal offspring
Hebrew seed
eand made a covenant with him, fputting him under oath ( gthe chief men of the land he had taken away),
14that the kingdom might be humble and not lift itself up, and keep his covenant that it might stand. 15 hBut he rebelled against him by sending his ambassadors ito Egypt, that they might give him horses and a large army. jWill he thrive? Can one escape who does such things? Can he kbreak the covenant and yet escape?

16 l“As I live, declares the Lord God, surely min the place where the king dwells nwho made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant with him he broke, in Babylon he shall die.

Romans 1:31

31foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless.
