2 Samuel 7:11

11 afrom the time that I appointed judges over my people Israel. And bI will give you rest from all your enemies. Moreover, the Lord declares to you that cthe Lord will make you a house.

2 Samuel 7:16

16 dAnd your house and your kingdom shall be made sure forever before me.

2 Samuel 7:26-29

26And your name will be magnified forever, saying, ‘The Lord of hosts is God over Israel,’ and the house of your servant David will be established before you. 27For you, O Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, have made this revelation to your servant, saying, ‘I will build you a house.’ Therefore your servant has found courage to pray this prayer to you. 28And now, O Lord God, you are God, and gyour words are true, and you have promised this good thing to your servant. 29Now therefore may it please you to bless the house of your servant, so that it may continue forever before you. For you, O Lord God, have spoken, hand with your blessing shall the house of your servant be blessed forever.”

1 Kings 14:7-14

7Go, tell Jeroboam, ‘Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: iBecause I exalted you from among the people and made you leader over my people Israel 8and jtore the kingdom away from the house of David and gave it to you, and yet you have not been klike my servant David, who kept my commandments and followed me with all his heart, doing only that which was right in my eyes, 9but you have done evil above all who were before you and have gone and lmade for yourself other gods and mmetal images, provoking me to anger, and nhave cast me behind your back, 10therefore behold, I will bring harm upon the house of Jeroboam and owill cut off from Jeroboam every male, pboth bond and free in Israel, and qwill burn up the house of Jeroboam, as a man burns up dung until it is all gone. 11 rAnyone belonging to Jeroboam who dies in the city the dogs shall eat, and anyone who dies in the open country the birds of the heavens shall eat, for the Lord has spoken it.”’ 12Arise therefore, go to your house. sWhen your feet enter the city, the child shall die. 13And all Israel shall mourn for him and bury him, for he only of Jeroboam shall come to the grave, because in him tthere is found something pleasing to the Lord, the God of Israel, in the house of Jeroboam. 14 uMoreover, the Lord will raise up for himself a king over Israel who shall cut off the house of Jeroboam today. And henceforth,

1 Chronicles 17:10

1 Chronicles 17:24-27
