Jesus, Founder and Perfecter of Our Faith

1Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and hsin which clings so closely, and ilet us run jwith endurance the race that is kset before us, 2looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, lwho for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising mthe shame, and nis seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

Do Not Grow Weary

3 oConsider him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself, so that you may not grow weary or pfainthearted.

You have heard of abthe steadfastness of Job, and you have seen acthe purpose of the Lord, how adthe Lord is compassionate and merciful.
