Greek Ioudaioi probably refers here to Jewish religious leaders, and others under their influence, in that time
incited the devout gwomen of high standing and the leading men of the city, hstirred up persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and idrove them out of their district.
51But they jshook off the dust from their feet against them and went to Iconium.

Acts 17:13

13But when the Jews from Thessalonica learned that the word of God was proclaimed by Paul at Berea also, they came there too, kagitating and stirring up the crowds.
