Acts 2:36-38

36 Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that ^aGod has made him ^bboth Lord and Christ, this Jesus ^cwhom you crucified.”

37 Now when ^dthey heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, ^ewhat shall we do?” 38 And Peter said to them, ^f“Repent and ^gbe baptized every one of you ^hin the name of Jesus Christ ⁱfor the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive ^jthe gift of the Holy Spirit.

Revelation of John 3:16-18

16 So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. 17 ^kFor you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, ^lblind, and naked. 18 I counsel you ^mto buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and ⁿwhite garments so that you may clothe yourself and ^othe shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, ^pso that you may see.
