Acts 2:37-41

37 Now when ^athey heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, ^bwhat shall we do?” 38 And Peter said to them, ^c“Repent and ^dbe baptized every one of you ^ein the name of Jesus Christ ^ffor the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive ^gthe gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For ^hthe promise is for you and ⁱfor your children and for all ^jwho are far off, everyone ^kwhom the Lord our God calls to himself.” 40 And with many other words he bore witness and continued to exhort them, saying, ^l“Save yourselves from this ^mcrooked generation.” 41 So those who received his word were baptized, and ⁿthere were added that day about three thousand souls.

Acts 16:29-34

29 And the jailer ^{▼▼Greek he} called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he ^pfell down before Paul and Silas. 30 Then he brought them out and said, “Sirs, ^qwhat must I do to be ^rsaved?” 31 And they said, ^s“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you ^tand your household.” 32 And they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. 33 And he took them ^uthe same hour of the night and washed their wounds; and he ^vwas baptized at once, he and all his family. 34 Then he brought them up into his house and set food before them. And he ^wrejoiced along with his entire household that he had believed in God.
