Acts 25:11-12

11If then I am a wrongdoer and have committed anything for which I deserve to die, I do not seek to escape death. But if there is nothing to their charges against me, no one can give me up to them. aI appeal to Caesar.” 12Then Festus, when he had conferred with his council, answered, β€œTo Caesar you have appealed; to Caesar you shall go.”

Acts 25:25

25But I found that bhe had done nothing deserving death. And cas he himself appealed to dthe emperor, I decided to go ahead and send him.

18When they had examined me, they ewished to set me at liberty, fbecause there was no reason for the death penalty in my case.
