Greek bondservants
to continue to speak your word with all kboldness,

Acts 7:52-60

52 oWhich of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who announced beforehand the coming of pthe Righteous One, qwhom you have now betrayed and murdered, 53you who received the law ras delivered by angels and sdid not keep it.”

The Stoning of Stephen

54Now when they heard these things tthey were enraged, and they uground their teeth at him. 55But he, vfull of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw wthe glory of God, and Jesus standing xat the right hand of God. 56And he said, “Behold, I see ythe heavens opened, and zthe Son of Man standing aaat the right hand of God.” 57But they cried out with a loud voice and stopped their ears and rushed together

58Then acthey cast him out of the city and adstoned him. And aethe witnesses laid down their garments afat the feet of a young man named Saul. 59And as they were stoning Stephen, aghe called out, “Lord Jesus, ahreceive my spirit.” 60And aifalling to his knees he cried out with a loud voice, ajLord, do not hold this sin against them.” And when he had said this, akhe fell asleep.

1 Thessalonians 2:15
