They Had Everything in Common

32Now the full number of those who believed were of aone heart and bsoul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but cthey had everything in common.

Divisions in the Church

10I appeal to you, brothers,
Or  brothers and sisters. The plural Greek word adelphoi (translated “brothers”) refers to siblings in a family. In New Testament usage, depending on the context, adelphoi may refer either to men or to both men and women who are siblings (brothers and sisters) in God’s family, the church; also verses 11, 26
by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree, and that there be no edivisions among you, but that you be united fin the same mind and the same judgment.

Philippians 2:1-3

Christ’s Example of Humility

1So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from glove, any hparticipation in the Spirit, any iaffection and sympathy, 2 jcomplete my joy by being kof the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. 3Do nothing from lselfish ambition or mconceit, but in nhumility count others more significant than yourselves.
