Acts 5:38-39

38So in the present case I tell you, keep away from these men and let them alone, for aif this plan or this undertaking is of man, it will fail; 39but bif it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them. You cmight even be found opposing God!” So they took his advice,

Revelation of John 19:14-21

14And the armies of heaven, earrayed in fine linen, white and pure, fwere following him on white horses. 15 gFrom his mouth comes a sharp sword hwith which to strike down the nations, and ihe will rule them with a rod of iron. jHe will tread the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. 16On his robe and on his thigh khe has a name written, lKing of kings and Lord of lords.

17Then I saw an angel standing in the sun, and with a loud voice he called to mall the birds that fly directly overhead, nCome, gather for othe great supper of God, 18 pto eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all men, both free and slave,
Greek bondservant
both small and great.”
19And I saw rthe beast and the kings of the earth with their armies sgathered to make war against him who was sitting on the horse and against his army. 20And the beast was captured, and with it tthe false prophet uwho in its presence
Or on its behalf
had done the signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who wworshiped its image. These two were xthrown alive into the lake of yfire that burns with sulfur.
21And the rest were slain by the sword zthat came from the mouth of him who was sitting on the horse, and aaall the birds were gorged with their flesh.
