Romans 8:35-39

35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? 36As it is written,

d“For your sake ewe are being killed all the day long;
we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37No, in all these things we are more than fconquerors through ghim who loved us. 38For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, 39nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

1 Corinthians 4:9-13

9For I think that God has exhibited us apostles as last of all, hlike men sentenced to death, because we ihave become a spectacle to the world, to angels, and to men. 10 jWe are fools for Christ’s sake, but kyou are wise in Christ. lWe are weak, but you are strong. You are held in honor, but we in disrepute. 11To the present hour mwe hunger and thirst, we are poorly dressed and nbuffeted and ohomeless, 12and we plabor, working with our own hands. qWhen reviled, we bless; rwhen persecuted, we endure; 13when slandered, we entreat. sWe have become, and are still, like the scum of the world, tthe refuse of all things.

2 Corinthians 4:8-12

8We are uafflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; 9persecuted, but vnot forsaken; wstruck down, but not destroyed; 10 xalways carrying in the body the death of Jesus, yso that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies. 11For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesussake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 12So zdeath is at work in us, but life in you.

2 Corinthians 4:17

17For aathis light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,

Philippians 1:28

28and not frightened in anything by your opponents. This is aba clear sign to them of their destruction, but acof your salvation, and that from God.

2 Timothy 2:12

12 adif we endure, we will also reign with him;
aeif we deny him, he also will deny us;
