2You know that owhen you were pagans pyou were led astray to qmute idols, however you were led. 3Therefore I want you to understand that rno one speaking in the Spirit of God ever saysJesus is saccursed!” and tno one can sayJesus is Lordexcept in the Holy Spirit.

4Now uthere are varieties of gifts, but vthe same Spirit; 5and wthere are varieties of service, but xthe same Lord; 6and there are varieties of activities, but it is ythe same God who empowers them all in everyone. 7 zTo each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 8For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of aawisdom, and to another the utterance of abknowledge according to the same Spirit, 9to another acfaith by the same Spirit, to another adgifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10to another aethe working of miracles, to another afprophecy, to another agthe ability to distinguish between spirits, to another ahvarious kinds of tongues, to another aithe interpretation of tongues. 11All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, ajwho apportions to each one individually akas he wills.
