Acts 9:19-22

19and ataking food, he was strengthened.

Saul Proclaims Jesus in Synagogues

For bsome days he was with the disciples at Damascus.
20And immediately he proclaimed Jesus in the synagogues, saying, cHe is the Son of God.” 21And all who heard him were amazed and said, “Is not this the man who dmade havoc ein Jerusalem of those who called upon this name? And has he not come here for this purpose, to bring them bound before the chief priests?” 22But Saul fincreased all the more in strength, and gconfounded the Jews who lived in Damascus by proving hthat Jesus was the Christ.

Acts 11:26-30

26and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the church and taught a great many people. And in Antioch the disciples were first called iChristians.

27Now in these days jprophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28And one of them named kAgabus stood up and foretold lby the Spirit that there would be a great mfamine over all the world (this took place in the days of nClaudius). 29So the disciples determined, every one according to his ability, oto send relief to pthe brothers
Or  brothers and sisters
living in Judea.
30 rAnd they did so, sending it to sthe elders by the hand of Barnabas and Saul.
