Colossians 2:19-23

19and anot bholding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

20If with Christ cyou died to the delemental spirits of the world, ewhy, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations 21 f“Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch 22( greferring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to hhuman precepts and teachings? 23These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in ipromoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are jof no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.

1 Timothy 4:8

8for while kbodily training is of some value, godliness lis of value in every way, as mit holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

Hebrews 8:8-13

8For he finds fault with them when he says:

oBehold, the days are coming, declares the Lord,
when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel
and with the house of Judah,
9not like the covenant that I made with their fathers
on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt.
For they did not continue in my covenant,
and so I showed no concern for them, declares the Lord.
10 pFor this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws into their minds,
and qwrite them on their hearts,
and I will be their God,
and they shall be my people.
11And they shall not teach, each one his neighbor
and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’
for they shall rall know me,
from the least of them to the greatest.
12For I will be merciful toward their iniquities,
sand I will remember their sins no more.”
13In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And twhat is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

Hebrews 13:9-10

9Do not be uled away by diverse and strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, vnot by foods, which have not benefited those devoted to them. 10We have an altar wfrom which those who serve the tent have no right to eat.

Revelation of John 21:5

5And xhe who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I yam making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this down, for zthese words are trustworthy and true.”
