Colossians 2:19-23

20 If with Christ ^cyou died to the ^delemental spirits of the world, ^ewhy, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations— 21 ^f“Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch” 22 ( ^greferring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to ^hhuman precepts and teachings? 23 These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in ⁱpromoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are ^jof no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.

1 Timothy 4:8

8 for while ^kbodily training is of some value, godliness ^lis of value in every way, as ^mit holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.

Hebrews 8:8-13

^o“Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord,
when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel

9 not like the covenant that I made with their fathers

and so I showed no concern for them, declares the Lord.
10 ^pFor this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws into their minds,
and ^qwrite them on their hearts,
and I will be their God,
and they shall be my people.
11 And they shall not teach, each one his neighbor
and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’
for they shall ^rall know me,
from the least of them to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful toward their iniquities,
^sand I will remember their sins no more.”
13 In speaking of a new covenant, he makes the first one obsolete. And ^twhat is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

Hebrews 13:9-10

9 Do not be ^uled away by diverse and strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, ^vnot by foods, which have not benefited those devoted to them. 10 We have an altar ^wfrom which those who serve the tent have no right to eat.

Revelation of John 21:5
