Colossians 2:8

8See to it that no one takes you captive by aphilosophy and bempty deceit, according to chuman tradition, according to the delemental spirits
Or elementary principles; also verse 20
of the world, and not according to Christ.

Colossians 2:18-23

18Let no one fdisqualify you, ginsisting on asceticism and worship of angels, hgoing on in detail about visions,
Or  about the things he has seen
jpuffed up without reason by khis sensuous mind,
19and lnot mholding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

20If with Christ nyou died to the oelemental spirits of the world, pwhy, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations 21 q“Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch 22( rreferring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to shuman precepts and teachings? 23These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in tpromoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are uof no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.

1 Timothy 4:7

3If anyone afteaches a different doctrine and does not agree with agthe sound
Or healthy
words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching aithat accords with godliness,

2 Timothy 2:16-18

16But ajavoid akirreverent babble, for it will lead people into more and more ungodliness, 17and their talk will spread like gangrene. Among them are alHymenaeus and Philetus, 18who have swerved from the truth, amsaying that the resurrection has already happened. They are upsetting the faith of some.

2 Timothy 3:7

7always learning and never able to anarrive at a knowledge of the truth.

2 Timothy 3:13

13while aoevil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and apbeing deceived.

2 Timothy 4:3

3 aqFor the time is coming when people will not endure arsound
Or healthy
teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions,
