Daniel 1:7

7 And ^athe chief of the eunuchs ^bgave them names: ^cDaniel he called Belteshazzar, Hananiah he called Shadrach, Mishael he called Meshach, and Azariah he called Abednego.

Daniel 4:8

8 At last Daniel came in before me—he who was named ^dBelteshazzar after the name of my god, and in whom is ^ethe spirit of the holy gods ^{▼▼Or Spirit of the holy God; also verses 9, 18}—and I told him the dream, saying,

12 ^gbecause an excellent spirit, knowledge, and ^hunderstanding ⁱto interpret dreams, explain riddles, and ^jsolve problems were found in this Daniel, ^kwhom the king named Belteshazzar. Now let Daniel be called, and he will show the interpretation.”
