Daniel 2:20-23

20 Daniel answered and said:

^a“Blessed be the name of God forever and ever,
^bto whom belong wisdom and might.
21 ^cHe changes times and seasons;
^dhe removes kings and sets up kings;
^ehe gives wisdom to the wise
^fand knowledge to those who have understanding;
22 ^ghe reveals deep and hidden things;
^hhe knows what is in the darkness,
ⁱand the light dwells with him.
23 To you, O ^jGod of my fathers,
^kI give thanks and praise,
for ^lyou have given me wisdom and might,
and have now made known to me what ^mwe asked of you,
for you have made known to us the king’s matter.”
