Daniel 2:21-23

21 ^aHe changes times and seasons;
^bhe removes kings and sets up kings;
^che gives wisdom to the wise
^dand knowledge to those who have understanding;
22 ^ehe reveals deep and hidden things;
^fhe knows what is in the darkness,
^gand the light dwells with him.
23 To you, O ^hGod of my fathers,
ⁱI give thanks and praise,
for ^jyou have given me wisdom and might,
and have now made known to me what ^kwe asked of you,
for you have made known to us the king’s matter.”
