Daniel 8:11-12

11 ^aIt became great, even as great as ^bthe Prince of the host. ^cAnd the regular burnt offering was taken away from him, and the place of his sanctuary was overthrown. 12 And a host will be given over to it together with the regular burnt offering because of transgression, ^{▼▼Or in an act of rebellion} and it will throw truth to the ground, and ^eit will act and prosper.

Daniel 11:36

36 “And the king shall ^fdo as he wills. ^gHe shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every god, ^hand shall speak astonishing things against ⁱthe God of gods. ^jHe shall prosper ^ktill the indignation is accomplished; for what is decreed shall be done.

Zephaniah 2:8-10

8 “I have heard ^lthe taunts of Moab
and ^mthe revilings of the Ammonites,
how they have taunted my people
and made boasts ⁿagainst their territory.
9 Therefore, ^oas I live,” declares the Lord of hosts,
the God of Israel,

2 Thessalonians 2:4
