Deuteronomy 11:10-12

10For the land that you are entering to take possession of it is not like the land of Egypt, from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and irrigated it,
Hebrew watered it with your feet
like a garden of vegetables.
11 bBut the land that you are going over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water by the rain from heaven, 12a land that the Lord your God cares for. cThe eyes of the Lord your God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.

Deuteronomy 11:14

14 dhe

will give the rain for your land in its season, fthe early rain and the later rain, that you may gather in your grain and your wine and your oil.

Psalms 65:9-13

Psalms 77:16-17

16 When qthe waters saw you, O God,
when the waters saw you, they were afraid;
indeed, the deep trembled.
17The clouds poured out water;
the skies rgave forth thunder;
your sarrows flashed on every side.

Psalms 78:24-27

24and he trained down on them manna to eat
and gave them uthe grain of heaven.
25Man ate of the bread of vthe angels;
he sent them food win abundance.
26He xcaused the east wind to blow in the heavens,
and by his power he led out the south wind;
27he rained meat on them like ydust,
winged birds like zthe sand of the seas;

Ezekiel 34:26

26And I will make them and the places all around my hill aaa blessing, and abI will send down the showers in their season; they shall be acshowers of blessing.
