will give the rain for your land in its season, dthe early rain and the later rain, that you may gather in your grain and your wine and your oil.

Deuteronomy 28:12

12The Lord will open to you his good treasury, the heavens, eto give the rain to your land in its season and fto bless all the work of your hands. And gyou shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.
