Deuteronomy 12:30-31

30take care athat you be not ensnared to follow them, after they have been destroyed before you, and that you do not inquire about their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods?—that I also may do the same.’ 31 bYou shall not worship the Lord your God in that way, for every cabominable thing that the Lord hates they have done for their gods, for dthey even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods.

Romans 1:20-32

20For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, ehave been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world,
Or  clearly perceived from the creation of the world
in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.
21For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they gbecame futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 hClaiming to be wise, they became fools, 23and iexchanged the glory of jthe immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things.

24Therefore kGod gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to lthe dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, 25because they exchanged the truth about God for ma lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, nwho is blessed forever! Amen.

26For this reason oGod gave them up to pdishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; 27and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, qmen committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

28And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, rGod gave them up to sa debased mind to do twhat ought not to be done. 29They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, 30slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32Though they know uGod’s righteous decree that those who practice such things vdeserve to die, they not only do them but wgive approval to those who practice them.

Ephesians 2:2-3

Titus 3:3

3For alwe ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another.
