Deuteronomy 12:5-12

5But you shall seek athe place that the Lord your God will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation
Or  name as its habitation
there. There you shall go,
6and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, cyour tithes and the contribution that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the dfirstborn of your herd and of your flock. 7And ethere you shall eat before the Lord your God, and fyou shall rejoice, you and your households, in all that you undertake, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.

8“You shall not do according to all that we are doing here today, geveryone doing whatever is right in his own eyes, 9for you have not as yet come to hthe rest and to the inheritance that the Lord your God is giving you. 10But when iyou go over the Jordan and live in the land that the Lord your God is giving you to inherit, jand when he gives you rest from all your enemies around, so that you live in safety, 11then to kthe place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, lyour tithes and the contribution that you present, and all your finest vow offerings that you vow to the Lord. 12And myou shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your sons and your daughters, your male servants and your female servants, and the Levite that is within your towns, since nhe has no portion or inheritance with you.

Deuteronomy 12:26

26But the oholy things that are due from you, and pyour vow offerings, you shall take, and you shall go to qthe place that the Lord will choose,

Deuteronomy 15:19-20

19 rAll the firstborn males that are born of your herd and flock you shall dedicate to the Lord your God. You shall do no work with the firstborn of your herd, nor shear the firstborn of your flock. 20 sYou shall eat it, you and your household, before the Lord your God year by year at the place that the Lord will choose.

Deuteronomy 26:1-15

Offerings of Firstfruits and Tithes

1When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance and have taken possession of it and live in it, 2 tyou shall take some of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which you harvest from your land that the Lord your God is giving you, and you shall put it in a basket, and you shall ugo to the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name to dwell there. 3And you shall go to the priest who is in office at that time and say to him, ‘I declare today to the Lord your God that I have come into the land vthat the Lord swore to our fathers to give us.’ 4Then the priest shall take the basket from your hand and set it down before the altar of the Lord your God.

5“And you shall make response before the Lord your God, ‘A wwandering Aramean was my father. And he went down into Egypt and sojourned there, xfew in number, and there he became a nation, great, mighty, and populous. 6And ythe Egyptians treated us harshly and humiliated us and laid on us hard labor. 7Then zwe cried to the Lord, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression. 8And aathe Lord brought us out of Egypt abwith a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, with great deeds of terror,
Hebrew  with great terror
with signs and wonders.
9And he brought us into this place and gave us this land, ada land flowing with milk and honey. 10And behold, now I bring the first of the fruit of the ground, which you, O Lord, have given me.’ And you shall set it down before the Lord your God and worship before the Lord your God. 11And aeyou shall rejoice in all the good that the Lord your God has given to you and to your house, you, and the Levite, and the sojourner who is among you.

12When you have finished paying all afthe tithe of your produce in the third year, which is agthe year of tithing, giving it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, so that they may eat within your towns and be filled, 13then you shall say before the Lord your God, ‘I have removed the sacred portion out of my house, and moreover, I have given it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, according to all your commandment that you have commanded me. I have not transgressed any of your commandments, ahnor have I forgotten them. 14 aiI have not eaten of the tithe while I was mourning, or removed any of it while I was unclean, or offered any of it ajto the dead. I have obeyed the voice of the Lord my God. I have done according to all that you have commanded me. 15 akLook down from your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless your people Israel and the ground that you have given us, as you swore to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.’
