Deuteronomy 12:5-7

5 But you shall seek ^athe place that the Lord your God will choose out of all your tribes to put his name and make his habitation ^{▼▼Or name as its habitation} there. There you shall go, 6 and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, ^cyour tithes and the contribution that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the ^dfirstborn of your herd and of your flock. 7 And ^ethere you shall eat before the Lord your God, and ^fyou shall rejoice, you and your households, in all that you undertake, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.

1 Chronicles 21:26

26 And David built there an altar to the Lord and presented burnt offerings and peace offerings and called on the Lord, and the Lord ^{▼▼Hebrew he} ^hanswered him with fire from heaven upon the altar of burnt offering.
