Deuteronomy 12:6-11

6and there you shall bring your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, ayour tithes and the contribution that you present, your vow offerings, your freewill offerings, and the bfirstborn of your herd and of your flock. 7And cthere you shall eat before the Lord your God, and dyou shall rejoice, you and your households, in all that you undertake, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.

8“You shall not do according to all that we are doing here today, eeveryone doing whatever is right in his own eyes, 9for you have not as yet come to fthe rest and to the inheritance that the Lord your God is giving you. 10But when gyou go over the Jordan and live in the land that the Lord your God is giving you to inherit, hand when he gives you rest from all your enemies around, so that you live in safety, 11then to ithe place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name dwell there, there you shall bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings and your sacrifices, jyour tithes and the contribution that you present, and all your finest vow offerings that you vow to the Lord.

Deuteronomy 12:17

17You may not eat within your towns kthe tithe of your grain or of your wine or of your oil, or the firstborn of your herd or of your flock, or any of your vow offerings that you vow, or your freewill offerings or the contribution that you present,

Deuteronomy 14:23-27

23And before the Lord your God, in the place that he will choose, to make his name dwell there, lyou shall eat the tithe of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, mand the firstborn of your herd and flock, nthat you may learn to fear the Lord your God always. 24And if the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry the tithe, when the Lord your God blesses you, because othe place is too far from you, which the Lord your God chooses, to set his name there, 25then you shall turn it into money and bind up the money in your hand and go to the place that the Lord your God chooses 26and spend the money for whatever you desireoxen or sheep or wine or strong drink, whatever your appetite craves. And pyou shall eat there before the Lord your God and rejoice, you and your household. 27And you shall not neglect qthe Levite who is within your towns, for rhe has no portion or inheritance with you.
